教学工作
主讲本科生专业核心课程《环境工程微生物学》、本科生必修课《环境导论》能源材料与电化学器件部分。年均培养研究生2名,本科生5名;长期指导本科生国家创新计划SRTP和冯如杯项目多项。独立指导本科生荣获2005年度全国“挑战杯”大学生科技竞赛二等奖1项,北京市“挑战杯”特等奖1项;指导研究生获得2005年度“全国通用爱迪生杯科技创新竞赛”三等奖1项。荣获2005和2008年度北航“冯如杯”科技竞赛“优秀指导教师”;所培养的博士生1人荣获首批国家留学基金委“未来科学家”计划资助,3人荣获国家奖学金;2名研究生荣获北航校级优秀硕士论文,4名本科生荣获北航优秀毕设论文。
科研成果
围绕“仿生能源转换体系中的质子传输与调控”这一关键科学问题,从解析生命体系中高效能源转换机制与规律出发,遵循“高效质子/水传输路径构建”的研究理念,通过传输基元匹配和优化设计,构筑生物/聚合物/纳米无机等新原理或新结构的异质界面与体相复合材料,研究材料尺度、维度、界面及协同效应对传输路径与动力学的影响,发展相应的界面复合工艺与评价方法,探索多介质体相与界面的定向质子/水传输新机制,在生物光电转换材料、燃料电池膜材料等方面形成了研究特色。在材料、化学、纳米与能源领域发表SCI论文80余篇,他引900余次,论文被MaterialsViews、ChemistryViews等学术网站作为热点报道与评述。多次应邀在材料领域国际顶级学术会议作邀请报告。主持包括国家优秀青年基金、国家自然科学基金重点项目、863项目、国际科技合作等重要科研项目。授权中国发明专利8项。
目前担任英国皇家化学会会士,国际电化学能源科学学会燃料电池分会委员,中国化学会电化学分委员会单位委员,中国材料研究学会青年工作委员会副主任委员,仿生能源材料与器件北京市重点实验室主任。
